2. Returned Calls: *Calls made to My Go2Guy will be returned
within 24 hours or we'll take $25 off the final price of your job.
3. Complete Satisfaction: **If you are not 100% satisfied with our work, we will come back out at no
additional charge, and stay until you're completely satisfied with the job.
4. Labor: My
Go2guy guarantees labor for 90 days from the original invoice date. Any defects in
workmanship will be corrected at No additional charge.
5. Pricing: If you only need a small job done you will be informed of our hourly fees.
If you have a more complex job that needs to be done, we'll come out and provide you with
a written estimate containing all costs before any work is started. This estimate does not
include additional requests by customer after original estimate has been written.

is for calls made Monday-Friday. Our office is closed Saturday & Sunday. Also
due to all of the mountains in Tucson, calls made from "Cell Phones" can
sometimes be dropped or cut off due to bad signal reception. Because of this we sometimes
don't get your full phone number before signal was lost. Please call again as we write
down all names and the partial numbers.
NO discounts will be given due to dropped cell calls, and not
being able to receive your full number.
**All requests are to be made
within 72 hours of completion of job. Labor is free, but customer may be
charged for any materials that may be needed. We reserve the right to end this program at
anytime, and without notice.
